Cooking Workshops With Optional Souk Visit
A room in the Bab Sahra Fez restaurant is dedicated to hosting the Cooking Classes where aspiring chefs try their hand at learning the cooking techniques of classic Moroccan dishes prepared with appropriately chosen and dosed ingredients. The project includes the extraordinary and anticipated collaboration with MasterChef, the acclaimed reality TV show where amateur chefs compete to make their dream come true.
What makes this activity unique :
The cooking class will take place at Palais Bab Sahra, a traditional Moroccan palais in the heart of the medina, located near the central square of the Blue Gate. The day begins with a shopping spree in a local souk, right in the heart of bustling Fez.
There are a variety of dishes that you can learn to cook, as the most popular recipes that tourists enjoy preparing include different types of tagine (such as chicken tagine with olives, meat and vegetable tagine, or meat and prunes).
At the end of the lesson, a selection of Moroccan salads is served alongside the dishes prepared during the class, accompanied by seasonal fruits, local sweets, and fresh water. Guests will also enjoy a special workshop on how to make traditional Moroccan mint tea, a cultural highlight of Moroccan hospitality ,The videos are available below on Instagram.

Additional pickup details :
The first for those who prefer to enter from the blue gate ( 50 Meters ) You only have to go through the big door, after about 6 meters you find a street on the left and then turn right, going down you will see a big door of the famous medrasa Bouanania. After about 5 meters they find a street on the right.
